  • Implements the stETH restake spec
  • EtherFiRestakeManager temporarily transfers funds to EtherFiRestaker instances for atomic deposits into EL. Upon withdrawal completion, funds are automatically returned to EtherFiRestakeManager
  • stETH withdrawal handling moved to EtherFiRestakeManager as the restaker instances should never hold assets
  • Removed Pausable functionality as all methods are already restricted to authorized ether.fi admin accounts
