First Public Relase for test (daemon support)

This release supports Daemon for Raspbian and Ubuntu

bluetootcontroller.o is a compiled binary for armhf processors
bluetootcontroller-x80_86.o is for amd/intel common desktop processors

setup-raspbian.sh script for raspbian setup
setup-steamlink.sh script for steamlink setup
setup-ubuntu.sh script for ubuntu setup
