Configlet warns that 19 exercises were missing from the top-level concepts array. This adds those exercises and then adds the corresponding stubbed files to the concepts folder. Once this is synced, the next step will be to clean up the full list of concepts. Then we should have a list we can start assigning to the practices arrays for individual practice exercises.
