This is the android code of android application made after the field research. This application enables the farmers to recieve the forecast in Urdu Localized language.
An Android application is the core intervention used by farmers to receive timely localized and real-time information offline as well as online mode. In offline form, information propagates to an Android application via encoded SMS from the dedicated web server which next decoded to meaningful &detail vital weather information of the whole one-week through algorithmic programming techniques. For online form, the server pushes the updates to an Android application (thrice in a day, daily, weekly) as per user-preferences in the form of JSON HTTPs response which decoded in the same fashion offline fashion.
