mBin v1.0
These are release notes for v1.0 of the mBin pipeline for DNA methylation analysis of metagenomic SMRT sequencing data. mBin is designed to take advantage of cell-wide DNA methylation patterns in bacteria for binning chromosomal contigs and extrachromosomal mobile genetic elements.
