First public upload

First public upload of the FrontierSiliconAPI.
This version does support almost all remote API calls for Frontier Silicon based devices for e.g. the TechniSat DigitRadio or AudioMaster series except MultiRoom functions.
Can be portably used for Lazarus/FPC and compiles under Linux, Windows and macOS.
