Version 0.6 First Release Candidate

Lots of bug fixes and enhancements in this release. The new application interface design for the library is much easier to use and will not change at this point. Tested on ESP8266 and ESP32 devices. A new .with(...) method is supported for implementing object oriented like Rest interfaces.

Please try out Restfully and report any issues you have. For the moment I would like to limit testing to the Esp8266 platform as this is the hardware I have and can test on.
