feat: migrate serverless Ghost functions to DigitalOcean

This PR migrates all search indexing over to DigitalOcean Functions, and splits the functions into two packages, hashnode and ghost, each with an add-or-update-record and delete-record function.

Once this is merged and deployed, I'll update all the Ghost instances to use these serverless functions, and will take down the old functions on AWS.
