Version 1.4.16 - PHP 8.2 compat

This is the last version in v1, and it will not receive any more updates ; versions v2 onward are not compatible with this release, they do not have an upgrade path from v1.

WordPress has decided to close the plugin on their repository - you can see more details here.

Currently, updates need to be done manually by replacing the folder wp-plugin-update-server in the WordPress plugins folder manually with the one in this release's archive.
