Simple site with basic functionality! (sandbox-project)

Functionality this project will offer:  
Front-end
- A navigation menu that follows all pages
- Choose desired language when landing on the website
- Each menu item is associated with an article link

Back-end
- Able to edit the name & link of menu items
- WYSIWYG editor for articles
- Publish / Unpublish functionality for articles and navigation menu items
