long genomes support

This release was tested on simulated data for long viral genomes and shows sensible results.

vsearch + new interface + random model changes

• Switched from usearch to vsearch
• New interface based on argparse
• Random model is now generated from scratch every time (slower but easy to use)

RandomModelBuilder fixed

Previous release contained multiple bugs, please use this one.
