-Unable to answer any of the other questions. I completely mentally
froze, and my previous BDD repository was blank, and I barely was able
to absorb anything that we talked about with BDD. I feel like I'm being
punished for trusting the instructors that we wouldn't be using this and
we were just "dipping our toe" into BDD; now I find that we're expected
to know exactly how to build BDD tests from scratch on our own. I don't
even know where to start and I hate this.

Hey no worries. This was just to dip your toes. These diagnostics should never be looked at as a test. It is what it says, a diagnostic. This helps us know if we covered the material enough, if people are understanding the points we are trying to make, and how you specifically are doing with the materials. We all want you to succeed so this helps us know how we can help you better, and in turn help the cohorts that come after you. That being said, this one is definitely one of the trickier topics we cover and it's ok if you didn't grasp it all. None of the projects require testing of any kind. I personally struggled probably most with testing when I was learning. I found it to be very hard to know what was worth testing, or even how to get it set up. But little by little I got concepts of it and it became easier to do. Once you do this for a bit more, I think you'll find the same is true for you as well. 👍
