- Specifying G4/T6 forces output image format to 1bit before saving, so that underlying ImagingLib really saves it with requested compression. - Extracted parts of DoDeskew() to nested functions.
With "-c tinput" user can now instruct program to use same TIFF compression scheme for output as was used in input file.
