Changes in build-archlinux-img-for-helios4.sh:

• update the md5sum for ArchLinuxARM-armv7-latest.tar.gz
• always use the latest version of linux-helios4
• no longer install the linux-helios4-headers package
• clone only the HEAD of the u-boot repository
• run sync before unmounting the partition and the loop device
• remove the fancontrol patch
• set a fixed MAC address to the ethernet interface
• set the default hostname to helios4
• add wake-on-lan support

The ArchLinuxARM-helios4-2019-03-19.img image uses linux-helios4-5.0.2-1.
