Ran SIGNOR-AC.tsv as input through signor2gocam database and then looked for instances of 'owl:Nothing' in the output file in Protege. 84 instances were found in total. The explanation for one of those instances is as follows:

On further investigation we found that the underlined id above is a CHEBI term (CHEBI:16618).
