This PR upgrades this app to be compatible with Tethys Platform 4 per these instructions:
Migrating Apps from Tethys 3 to 4
Tethys Platform 4 can be installed by installing the dev version of Tethys Platform (though it will be tagged 3.4.1 at the moment).
