@mstange fyi: Releases work by going to https://github.com/getsentry/pdb/actions/workflows/release.yml and manually triggering the workflow with the desired version number. That will then open a PR in the https://github.com/getsentry/publish repo which should then be auto-approved once getsentry/publish#3595 lands. |

This pretty much copy-pastes the "newest" version of the generic CI workflow running the various tests, code coverage, etc.
It also adds the Sentry standard release workflow and craft definitions as well.

publishas well to have it auto-approved.
