At least I sure hope this is all of them! This time I searched for voice filters and removed them from everyone who had nothing covering their mouth.

This time I searched for voice filters and removed them from everyone who had nothing covering their mouth.
This also removes some collateral transforms that apparently slipped into the previous version of the patch.
