SAxVCxLC v0.8.5a, with ExtendedGangWars 1.1 and fixed ModLoader support

Download source code.zip, unzip, and double-click on Install.bat. That's all.

Update: ExtendedGangWars 1.1 and fixed ModLoader support. FLA 4.2 and CLEO 4.3.22. I have tested this version and it seems to work. MTA support is not implemented yet.
