Adds missing Material colors

Adds missing Material colors based on material.io.

I was not sure about the logic behind the ordered color list, so I just appended the new colors for not breaking any logic which relies on the current indexes.

I'm aware that this project does normally not involve external contributions, but maybe the filled data gaps are useful for some of your internal users.
Anyway, from my pov this is not breaking anything or changing feature behavior, so there's nothing technically wrong with it.

There is a fork of charts at exafree/charts_cf that accepts pull requests.
