Rangeアクセスを用いる
いくつかのゴルーチンでダウンロードしてマージする
golang.org/x/sync/errgourpパッケージなどを使ってエラー処理を工夫する
キャンセルが発生した場合の実装を行う

並列に実行しないながらとりあえず分割ダウンロードはする状態です🤢
