Growth Charts for Online Use

This version contains empty growth charts in three chart groups:

• nl2010: Current growth chart for The Netherlands, 0-21 years
• preterm: Growth charts for post-natal growth of preterm (25-36 weeks gestational age), 0-4 years
• who: WHO Growth Standards plotted in Dutch layout, 0-5 years

All charts are programmed in the grid package.
