Adds a new destroy() method to undo all DOM changes performed by SlideMenu upon initalization.

Also the demo page is nicer now.

SlideMenu has been rewritten in TypeScript and dropped all external dependencies (jQuery). So, this is no longer a jQuery plugin but library agnostic. Please check out the README to see the inevitable breaking changes.

There is a dedicated (larger) JS bundle to support Internet Explorer 11.
