More Mod Options. Fixed DoubleXP

This update adds more mod options. You can now set your XP Multiplier in game from Subnautica's settings.

BugFixes and Double XP events

This release fixes several bugs that have been complained about for a while. You can now toggle speed boost using the "SpeedBoostToggle" key which you can set in the settings. Default key is caps lock. Also the swim speed doesn't raise as fast, and the volume will match master.

Also a new feature was added, DoubleXP Events! You have the chance of getting double xp for 5 minutes
