Rules

1. All projects must be released under a suitable open source license or under the Creative Commons "Attribution-ShareAlike" license.
2. You can start as soon as the challenges are published
3. This is not a recruiting event, nor is it an intellectual property grab
4. In-person attendence is strongly preferred, but we will make accomodations if necessary
