- 'tip' is used for 'continue' prompts in other parts of the guide, so keeping that here
- removed the line between the luma3ds-updated notice and continue-to-finalizing notice to reduce mental separation between the two
- specify 'fbi, homebrew launcher' to clue people in that that they probably indeed do want to continue
