Known issues:

• Manual reboot is necessary after second part of installation.
• installer is not compatible with older versions of Ubuntu
  possible workaraound: change boot option "file=/../isodevice" to "file=/isodevice" see boot options
• (*) Kubuntu has no progress bar during second part of installation.
• (**) Lubuntu installer and other distros withoout Ubiquity do not work. So only live environment is available. see (#232 , #149, #121)
