I merged it in. Currently the on-line man page comes from the latest FlashMQ release, so it won't appear on-line until a next release is made. |

I sometimes use the man pages late at night and all the bright white wakes me up. Hence, with this commit, the color scheme follows your browser's preferences for dark vs light mode. There's also a switch to toggle between light and dark regardless of your browser settings.
