Prohlatype is a set of tools to calculate the full posterior distribution of HLA types given read data. This is the first public release that we feel is suitable for use by the average bioinformatician. The file prohlatype.0.8.0.zip contains statically linked 64bit-ELF executables suitable for Linux.
