This is the first tagged release.

Before, we simply had a .sh file you could download straight from main, but this should give y'all some more stability instead of keeping up with my mess.

This release comes with:

• the basic lnks script wrapping fzf, both in .sh and .ps1 flavors
• the --keep-open option that allows you to keep lnks open after selecting a bookmark
• the --dir option that allows you to specify a directory where you want to store your bookmarks text files (shout out to @kjuq)
