This PR introduces a small self-contained processor for device schemas to automate generation of metadata and register tables for existing Harp devices. In the future this may be extended to use DocFX schema-driven processors or a custom processor for added flexibility, but the return on automatically generating complementary markdown is already significant even with this basic tool.
The current tool assumes that all device submodules follow the standard harp-tech repository organization.
