Update CTAGGER & workflow logic

CTAGGER changes:

• Replace button text with icons. Rearrange button position
• Add Copy tag feature
• Add Show tag summary feature

Change to default logic:

• Primary field is set to EEG.event.type
• Display input option only if there's no existing tag
• Select field and tag only show after selecting yes after prompt
