canxham binary files and launcher script for Windows

Windows Instructions:

Download the latest release.

Extract the canxham or canxham.zip file.

Double-click canxham-launcher or canxham-launcher.bat

Type adv or basic for an advanced or basic exam.

Mode Francais: Ajouter -mfr au fin.

NOTE: If you click the canxham.exe directly it will NOT WORK.
You must execute it appropriately through the command-line.
