This repository contains the code for anavar_utils, a python module to enable the easy creation of tailored control files and the easy processing of results files from anavar, a package to estimate the distribution of fitness effects (DFE) for INDELs and SNPs, see the paper for more information: Barton and Zeng (2018) or the lab website to obtain anavar and the manual: Zeng lab.
