Buffchar - a tool to detect and quantify bufferbloat in a network path.

Usage:
 - configure database settings in buffchar.py
 - run ``python buffchar.py -h example.com -d database_name''
 - add this as a cronjob to be executed every fifth minute or so
 - to plot results: ``python buffchar.py -p -d database_name''
