Change description
Add new columns to the PARTIES, IMPOSITIONS, ENFORCEMENTS and LOG_AUDIT_DETAILS tables.
In order to preserve column order I have dropped and recreated some columns, which means some data needs to be updated.
Does this PR introduce a breaking change? (check one with "x")
