Refactor the OAuth authentication process by adding state validation and supporting multiple identity providers. Also, introduce a new Researcher Auth Service (RAS) login option in the frontend and include the NIH logo asset for improved UI.
Changed the font size from 1.5rem to 1.2em for better consistency and readability. This adjustment aligns the styling with other elements on the login page.
