Unofficial Docker images for Network UPS tools

The repository provides unofficial Docker images for Network UPS tools.

Typically the images are built for both master and most recent upstream release.

NOTE 1 While author strives for certain stability there might be issues unique to the setup - please file an issue.

NOTE 2 The process of initiating a build is manual currently thus irregular.
