Release 0.4.4

Fixed app for new HotS v17 patch.

This in only partial fix. Blizzard changed file format a bit and now it's difficult to tell where battle tag ends and other data begins (before battle tags had string length at its beginning). I've replaced battle tag extraction algorithm but new one is pretty unreliable. Will try to make a better one later.
