Add BNB chain/network (BSC) to the Uniswap connector

A description of the changes proposed in the pull request:

• Update to the config structure to include chain and network level config (contract addresses)
• Additional parameter uniswapV3FactoryAddress in the config as it is chain dependant
• Upgrade the version of @uniswap/smart-order-router to create AlphaRouter
• Uniswap - add BNB chain/network (BSC) to the current Uniswap connector hummingbot#6900

• Tested by locally running and making requests using curl
• Added tests for uniswap routes for bsc
