(feat) TELOS integration

• Added a supported tokens list for TELOS.
• Added support for TELOS in OpenOcean.

Tests performed by the developer:

• Tested by running locally and making requests using curl.
• Tested with Hummingbot
• Added tests for TELOS routes in OpenOcean.

Test performed:

• Created telos wallet, added deposit
• connected openocean telos evm wallet successfully
• review gateway balance is correct
• added WTLOS,USDC to connector tokens
• review tokens added and show correct balance
• approve token (USDC) through the client - failed, have to approved manually
• amm_arb created successfully using openocean telos evm
• started and review status showed correct prices
• after some time got error price quiery request failed, same on curl
