Connects to STUN servers to discover an externally routable IP address.
Run with something like java -cp dist/JSTUN.jar:../fred/dist/freenet.jar plugins.JSTUN.JSTUN to test that all the hostnames resolve. This doesn't test that the machines are accessible STUN servers.
