release notes:

  1. Add Windows support (Some NIC may not work)
  2. Set default keepalive interval to 5s. (Interval time cannot be changed in release, but will be configurable right in next release)
  3. Improve speed

For Linux and Windows users, some NIC may don't work. Some router(or OS) will filter packets.
For Mac is all fine.
