Continuous Integration

We use Travis CI for continuous integration, not just for OpenWayback, but also for the other projects that depends upon: Commons Web and Access Control.

Also, the default CI configuration has been extended so that each commit to the 'master' branch of the IIPC repositories lead to a deployed SNAPSHOT release. This requires suitable authorisation credentials, which form part of the shared configuration in the iipc/travis repo.
