- Added GetAllBorrowsQueryRequest, GetAllBorrowsQueryRequestValidator, GetAllBorrowsQueryResponse, and GetAllBorrowsQueryHandler classes - GetAllBorrowsQueryHandler retrieves all borrow lends using IUnitOfWork and maps them to BorrowLendDTO - Returns response with borrow lends or appropriate error message
