TTF Update Stutter Test

This test shows the huge stutter when updating a CCLabelTTF on android, on iOS works perfectly (disclaimer: we know you can`t do this a lot or every frame even on iOS)

Just the basic HelloWorld test with apportable config

The main issue this shows is some rendering problem with Galaxy S 3 devices, at least when using UIScreenAspectFitEmulationMode
