Simple Hazlecast based distributed Cache Web App

* Uses wso2 implementation of javax cache apis, using Hazlecast
* Prints results in a simple html page
* Supported operations: 
	
	1. testCache/put?key=X&value=Y
	2. testCache/get?key=X
	3. testCache/delete?key=X
