Instantiate MaskGroups from nested mappings #173

MaskGroup objects may now be instantiated from nested mappings of mappings. Additionally, the data may be entirely serialised as Python native data. This effectively makes the constructor method for MaskGroup() an inverse operation to MaskGroup.serialize().
