This makes it easier to adjust for different font sizes in different cases (Iʼm making the headers less big in print than on the screen, which is a change I donʼt imagine will be wanted upstream so Iʼm not making a PR for). In the process I found three places trying to define the print font size all to different values, so I removed two of them and tried to leave it at a reasonable default.
