Version 2.0

• Upgraded the UI framework to WPF
• Upgraded to .Net 6
• Small improvements to data handling internally
• Stats display the base stat now rather than just the stat name

I've jumped the version to 2.0 due to the significant nature of porting the app over to WPF.
